I've worked for Great Clips for the last 7 years and they have invested time and money in order to train me to be the best possible manager! They offer hundreds of continuing education courses for their stylists, from haircut trends to efficiency training. Great Clips helped for me in to the stylist and manager that I am today.
Cons
Open a lot of hours and short staffed, can be very busy and stressful. However, when it's busy you can make a TON of money! Very lucrative career.

Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
