      Fast paced. Steady clientele. "Training program" I really can't think of any more pros to working here

      Cons

      No room for growth. Poor management. Terrible employer. Not everyone is held to the same standard. No raises. Hostile working. Environment is not stopped

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.
