      Pros

      We are always busy. You get paid hourly wage plus bonus on sales. Ongoing training, promotions, awards, incentives, etc! They do all the advertising and you don't have to worry about building a clientele. Plan on being here for a long time!

      Cons

      We only do haircuts. Sometimes I miss color and waxing. And then I get over it...😉 I can color my families hair at home!

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
