      Pros

      you'll be busy, 20-30 cuts/day. you won't be able to take a lunch on your 9 hour shift health, dental, vision insurance 401k

      Cons

      horrible pay, service commission does not exist, product commission is incredible hard to attain. no sick days and if you do call in you need to find your replacement while being guilted and treated poorly for not coming in - even if you call in 1-2 times per year. the culture is toxic and manipulative al the way from the top to the lowest level manager. this company is always looking for ways to NOT pay their employees, their expectations are endless and always changing. communication is awful and stylists are often confused by the frequent changes to the company structure.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, good tips, generally busy, clientele overall friendly, management is super cool and will try to be as flexible as possible with your schedule.

      Cons

      Working evenings and weekends, but that is salon life.

      Flexible schedules, 401k, health, & dental benefits, bonuses (based on salon performance, base wage with poetional to hit commission on service & product sales, fun friendly & welcoming environment for employees/customers, continuing education for growth in the industry, professional career growth with Great Clips (depending upon your franchise)

      Cons

      Haircutting exclusive so if you enjoy other services in the industry (chemicals, waxing, updo styling) this is not the place Franchised salons, so salons are ran differently.
