Expectations were unreasonable. All about being fast so they can maximize their profits. They originally tell you approximately 2.5 haircuts (average) needed per hour but the really they want 5 haircuts per hour. Basically the company does not ever recognize certain things are out of the employee's control such as talkative or picky customers.
