Pros
The only pro I have here is the schedule (6am-3pm or 7am-4pm) and the good teammates I had.
Cons
- CEO just LOVES micromanaging, likes to waste time holding 1-3 hours meetings with no goals achieved at the end - CEO thinks he owns the employee. No point in having Vacation and Sick leaves when he will not allow it - No growth for employees here. They will drag you down rather than lift you up - UNPAID overtimes - UNPAID contributions and delayed payment for some. Management will not deal with this until you raise the concerns. If you do, they make tons of excuses or find a way to NOT PAY. HR is not there to help, will only make decisions to forfeit/delay payment even when reported - HEARTLESS CEO, does not care about employees, employee improvement. Narcissistic. Love to be the highlight of the company. - CEO and management does not listen to employees and improve the system, - Bitter CEO that makes sure employees suffer. Creates intentional delays for former employees or ignores them. (or tell the management to ignore them) - High resignation rate, obviously. The managers that do stay are just YES Men to the CEO - Protect yourself because the company will not have your back - Exploits employees, company makes employees do jobs not related to JO. They will expect you to do everything with ungodly deadlines - Does not respect your profession and expertise in the field - Not competitive salary - Cheap company, loves to leech off free trials and never has a permanent system. They always change their structure every 2 months or so - Not supportive of employee growth
