Cool product - Poor management - Anonymous employee Group Lotus Employee Review

The company has been mismanaged for years. Management is a revolving door of consultants that charge a lot but change very little. No money or effort is put into the company culture. Communication to employees is virtually non existent. We've learned of the departure of the last couple CEO's through media, instead of internally. Company is basically in panic mode non stop.
