      - Great commission structure -> great motivator - Corporate-lead training is great - Better than average base pay for "entry-level" role

      Cons

      - Individual office management and training varies (it helps to have a manager who actually GAF) - 300+ COLD calls/week - Little transparency during interview/shadow from office management. - Service market fit is LOW
