Pros

The biggest pros for me are being able to work from home. Having the opportunity to work from home has given me the opportunity to still tackle my passion project outside of work. Growthplug has given me endless opportunities to travel all over the country for expos. I have won numerous prizes from Growthplug. To name a few Oculus,EchoDot,Iphone 13, Apple Watch,Gopro10, Nintendo Switch, numerous cash prizes and a trip to Hawaii but to top it all I’ve made some great friends and have challenged my sales career for the better. This position has helped me grow as a young professional and as an individual in so many ways so for that I’m forever grateful. (Trying to add some photos so y’all know I’m not a robot) Moving quickly into an AE position was my goal and to see this transition happen in less then 6 months due to my hard work and opportunities from Growthplug is so exciting to be making even more money and to win some even larger prizes . I never imagined myself as a cold caller let alone in the dental field but it really is kinda fun if you can have an open mind to success and know how to talk to people and can get them to smile. Im looking forward to working with you!

Cons

East Coast hours can be tough but it fits my lifestyle.

Pros

I really like the work culture GrowthPlug has established. As a college graduate getting my first sales job, I was at first really nervous about finding a job that would not only be something I can enjoy showing up for work, but also somewhere that had a great team with resources available for help. GrowthPlug really stepped up to ensure that I was well taken care of not only by my management, but by my peers also. Cold calling as a BDR is very challenging at times, but fellow employees and higher levels of management in this sales team has always been happy to help with my struggles and cold streaks. I really like the aspect of being able to work from home sometimes, as this gives me freedom to work from wherever and not have to make a crazy commute or something like that. Overall, so far my experience at GrowthPlug has been great, as I have learned a ton about the dynamic of sales and how to be better with help and resources from the team and management. I also really like our culture. Everyone on our team is a very relatable, easy going person that makes meetings and gatherings both fun and informative.

Cons

The biggest issue for me is the remote setting aspect of the job. While there are many pros, the cons outweigh them. in my opinion for a lack of in-person help when technical issues arrive, lack of person- to- person contact, and no office setting to motivate and keep in- person feedback going. Overall though it is not the biggest issue that keeps me from enjoying my time here.
