Pros

Cool desks (can change the height), new building, great location. Not too big, only around a 100 employees, you get to know most of them if you try. Salary is not outstanding but not too low in the field.

Cons

Workload is big, work life balance is hard to achieve, over hours are rarely paid. Hard to get promoted, seniors and team leaders often hired from outside. Team leaders and managers rarely can give real professional help if problems with a task. Networking is more important than doing your job if want to be thanked.

Pros

- Strong focus on sustainability and innovation - Supportive team culture with colleagues who genuinely want to help each other - Good work‑life balance and flexibility depending on the department - Opportunities to learn and grow if you take initiative Grundfos is a solid place to work if you value purpose‑driven work and a collaborative environment. There’s room for growth, but you need to advocate for yourself and stay proactive.

Cons

- Some processes can feel slow due to a global structure - Communication between regions and departments can be inconsistent - Career progression may depend heavily on your manager
