Love that they hire those who can kill it at the job. Doesn’t matter if male, female, door, any culture. If you come with a can do attitude and positivity. That’s what matters. When work gets tough leadership gets in the ground level with you to help make sure the work gets done. Whether that means picking in the warehouse or taking calls.

Small company so you can’t expect the same things a bigger company can offer (one day though hopefully!) Sometimes work can be hard because of the demand coming through.
