      Poor leadership and direction at the top!

      Fun place to work and good perks

      Cons

      Confused leadership and strategic direction. 2 CEO's are in competition with each other and both are out of touch with the rest of the business. Technology is sub par and clunky. Pay is low and annual increases are a joke. Leaders scare tactics have lead to a toxic culture and workplace environment.

      Sexiest staff, 0 training for firearms safety, frat boy atmosphere, small employer match with 401K, upper management has very little experience with the product
