      Sense of ownership, pampering benefits, responsibility, good work environment. You feel part of a good family and you rarely get stressed.

      Cons

      You are required to take some training in store. You may not be so interested and excited to do that.

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
