Pros

Family vibe in the store, amazing benefits, great pay, as a Visual Merch you'll get intensive training in a different area with paid hotel, rental, meals. It's a fast paced company and you'll never get bored. You get to be creative and have fun with technical window props.

Cons

It really depends on which district you're at. I was one of the unlucky ones that worked in one of the worst districts in the country. My SM was shady and would play favorites (unfortunately favors lazy DMs and Sups), District plays favorites therefore lazy people get away with anything. Hardworkers (like Visuals and SAs) do double work and never gets recognition.

Pros

Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

Cons

Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
