      Good company where to learn how to work within an international infrastructure. No stressing no too much demanding, you can make mistake and learn, everyone can do everything philosophy

      Cons

      No promotion and no feedback on your work, positive neither negative; working alone, no strategy for some functions, no life balance, win win philosophy absent, no smart working, no value on people

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
