      They should listen and be careful about our problems, as this company is saying that they are against the homophobia I did not see that cause I was working with this kind of people and the managers did know that...

      Pros

      Benefits even for part-timers is a huge win! Sick leave, vacation, and community days. Nice management and really friendly coworkers. Decent employee discount. Diverse and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Very stressful work environment considering the low pay. Poorly managed and operated. They clearly try to run lean and do as much work with as few people as possible. Very unprofessional overall and a lot of greenwashing.
