Pros
TIMCO was a company that cared for it's employees. Benefits and compensation were decent. Previous upper management respected and valued their employees.
Cons
Whereas, HAECO is very poorly managed from the top down. Employee loyalty means nothing. Racism, the good old boy network, and cronyism run rampant throughout the organisation. Ironically, incompetence is rewarded, leading to poor employee morale.
