Pros
Laid back atmosphere. Managers are willing to work with your schedule and understand you have a life outside of work. Good place to learn
Cons
Pay is not very competitive. Work force is mostly young engineers so there are not a lot of older colleagues to learn from. Benefits are not the best. 401k matching is a joke (but at least they are matching a little). Job schedules keep getting squeezed down.
