      Pros

      Recently purchased by a well known international MRO. Has a lot of potential for growth and maturity. Has a lot of "low hanging fruit" and is big on promoting from within.

      Cons

      No pay scale. Upper level management has a low level of buy-in to continuous improvement program. Also has a feel of "good ole boy" network (which is fairly common in aviation.

      The people you work with day to day are great

      Cons

      Lower than average pay. Upper management does not seem to remember working day to day on the floor. Very high pressure/stress even though they tell you it is not.
