Pros

Having started as a part-time student worker while in college and transitioned to full-time work while searching for career opportunities in my field Hard-Line has been a wonderful place to work! They've been nothing but amazing and extremely flexible when working around school or personal life schedule and have never had an issue with taking time off for tests, appointments, or from being sick. In office culture is also great, you're left to your devices and don't feel like there's someone trying to manage every minute of your time (as long as you're getting work done of course), the systems and people at Hard-Line work together quite well allowing for you to know what needs to be done, by what date and for who, which sets the goal for you to know whether you're behind, meeting, or exceeding a deadline.

Cons

Work load fluctuates with demand from customers which can cause some tight deadlines or dry spells where there's not as much to do.
