At the start very nice and kind. They have a great HR manager.

No business sense Treat customers terrible No engineers work there Products has issues Staff treated poor No accountability Double standards to everything Very religious group of your not one of the. Your not family. No training No help No experience

Good at first and then all down hill. If you love to be micro managed this is the place for you

They will micro manage you to death. They put people in positions with no experience instead of hiring more people and the people in their rolls who are experienced are not given any opportunities to advance. A lot of back stabbing between departments instaed of working as a team. As long as the upper management looks good they don't care about the wellness of their employees or the amount of workload they put in a person. They wonder why turn iver is so high. They need an experienced operations manager who knows how to run operations

Work with interesting technology Flexible hours Easy to get a job if you really need one RRSP matching One of few tech companies in Norther Ontario

No accountability Management makes many promisses during interview but fails to follow through once hired Constant sexual harassment by management Occasional sexual assault by management Political/religious statements during work including "Gays should die" Immoral/Illegal practices(you won't work there for long if you bring those up) Poor health and safety practices Poor pay
