Cons
Hikes are non-existent. Their bell curve is more like a /\. Only one person gets top rating. Noone else gets a hike. This can go on for years unless you resign and force the management to give you a retention bonus. There are few employees who do this regularly and get away with it. Others have to suffer at the same old salary. The culture is entirely service based. A service company acquiring products doesn't give them a product mindset. So be prepared to work in a service environment. The RMs are former test managers who have stuck around for eons and are now ruining the lives of their reportees. Even if you reach out to your skip level manager your concerns won't be addressed. Stay away from products like Commerce. There is no growth here. Same applies for Unica and other products being run by Test Managers.
