      Pros

      Tons of different types of projects Lots of opportunities to learn Have been given a ton of design opportunities even at a lower level Typically hybrid (Dependent on manager) ESOP

      Cons

      Different business groups can feel messy. Working with other disciplines/business groups/offices can be odd since each group works a bit differently. Pay is OK. OT may become a norm, depending on projects PTO is not very generous. (15 days incl. sick)

      Culture, schedule flexibility, depending on management, remote work, and employee owned, okay benefits

      Cons

      Parking sucks. The office is in downtown so you have pay just about any where you park. Work is repetitive or stagnant sometimes.

      Pros

      Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

      Cons

      PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.
