Pros
Project teams led by directors with tons of experience and very knowledgeable, friendly atmosphere, flexible working, good IT equipment, good access to design software and libraries (guides, standards, etc.) and clear progression route, interesting and challenging projects, good work-life balance (very rarely have to stay late), very good compensation (pays a lot higher than the rest of the companies)
Cons
Mandatory 3 days in the office - personal preference is 100% remote and to come to office on as-needed-basis. Quite often, I'll be in the office, sit there, have teams meeting anyway, and go home. Could have used that commute time on other things instead.
