      Pros

      Growth and potential was there.

      Cons

      Parking off campus and you had to take a shuttle. Working schedule is 8 to 5 - 1 hour lunch noon to 1 - would not work with you on doing a different schedule. Felt like a robot.

      Great team and culture'. Lots of work-life balance and supportive managers. Great for all ages. Employee-owned and has an excellent community between local offices

      Managers may depend on the team. Contractors may be difficult

      Culture, schedule flexibility, depending on management, remote work, and employee owned, okay benefits

      Cons

      Parking sucks. The office is in downtown so you have pay just about any where you park. Work is repetitive or stagnant sometimes.
