Great family company - Comfort Specialist HSL Employee Review

Pay seriously needs to be looked at. We don’t get paid for the lunch hour yet work through the lunch hour so therefore should be paid the 8 hours we are there for as we never get an hours break due to customers or phone etc. so lunch is a quick bite to eat around the work load where possible. Also because we are not commission based (nor do we want to be) salary needs to be increased to reflect that. You get paid more for a supermarket yet the training and knowledge we need is worth more.
