Low skilled and self interested management. Poor training Poor to non-existent mentorship. Hard to find decent technical instruction or support. Low attention to Health and Safety. Huge turnover of staff. Lack of effective Management from Head Office/Upper Management in USA Lack of knowledge of Australian workplace law and WHS from Head Office/Upper Management in USA. Very unsupportive, uncooperative and incompetent Management at Head Office in SA, Australia Management all around don't address your concerns in any reasonable timeframe, if at all, but constantly make vague and non committed promises.
