Pros
- People, people, people. HackerEarth has an incredibly talent bunch of people to work with. Not only are they talented, they are helpful, cheerful, fun loving, what not. HackerEarth is a startup and there is always loads to do. But you will not feel the pressure of work as there is always someone sitting beside working super hard with a smile on the face. They just motivate to keep going harder. - Challenges, Yes you read it right. There are enough challenges to work at. I for one believe that every challenge is an opportunity. So read it as: There are enough opportunities to prove yourself.. to grow.. I also feel that once you have established trust, there is also a freedom to explore varied solutions and to try and bring in new tech to work. This freedom is something you don't get everywhere
