      management company makes or breaks these type of jobs. I was fortunate to have my management company and it made the job really enjoyable

      some people aren't committed to what they do and it makes everyone who is, suffer.

      Pros

      Consistent hours, employee discount for hotel stays was a big bonus, owners and management was generally always on-call to assist with any problems.

      Cons

      Management was unable to resolve conflicts between staff, members of management caused a significant amount if drama and often created a hostile work environment.
