The company preaches it's core principles and values itself on work/life balance. In turn it throws so much workload at stores (10-22 hours of POG, 2-3 cycle counts, an outs scan, nightly replenishment which is approximately 8 hours a night, bi-weekly price changes which are typically about 6-8 hours and trucks which can be anywhere between 64 and 90 hours of workload.
Oh, and it all gets completed during "dark hours" which is the time between store close and store open.
