Pros

The leaders and people on your team actually want to see succeed and empower you with tools to do so. Everyone has been very willing to help. The recruiters also do a good job at letting you know each step of the process to get a position for the corporate office and even help negotiate salary on your behalf. I also appreciate how the department tries to automate the process so it’s very clear on how to track your progress. There is also transparency in your performance, how you can improve, and it’s honestly a friendly work environment. Being able to work remotely is a HUGE bonus as well.

Cons

I don’t have any cons so far. My management has a great training program which is preparing me for the work.

Pros

Great benefits, fast paced environment, good teamwork. I liked the hours, you get an education about tools, whether from your coworkers or the customers. And speaking of the customers, they were on the better side for retail. Most are down to earth and easy to converse with.

Cons

Supply chain issues, many parts would never be replenished, despite being featured, advertised, and on display. That would often lead to tensions with customers. Aggressive time constraints on tasks. Sidewalk sales, holidays, and also coincidentally inclement weather days, can be quite busy and therefore stressful. Especially if there's call outs, but if you have a good management team, you'll have good staff that will want to work for them.
