      Pros

      Private company, don't have to worry about stockholder BS. Great potential to move because of large expansion of stores. Good people to work with. Pay/Bonuses are not bad.

      Cons

      Can be terminated at any time. Slow response from Corp on pressing issues. To be successful, throw away family time.

      Management has changed. Store is in chaos. I've been there nearly 4 years and I'm very unhappy with some management.
