      Pros

      - Very disciplined engineering team, in control of things like costs and downtime - Customer success is valued highly, and you get to know customers and their problems, resolving them and making them happy

      Cons

      - Too disciplined sometimes, it can be hard to be reactive to what’s happening and suggest new ideas and ways of working - Other teams seem to be much more chaotic particularly for staffing

      Cons

      Pace may not be for everyone, there is a lot of work to do. Scaling to become a mature company can be challenging at times.

      Pros

      It’s a paycheck. Good brand recognition.

      Cons

      Terrible culture. People fail to plan, then expect everybody else to scramble and spend their nights and weekends reacting to demands within ridiculous timelines. Nothing that you’re doing is so important that it’s worth constantly burning everyone out.
