Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Harness values culture immensely and strives to continuously improve. The customer org, from our CRO to all of our people leaders, are committed to creating a culture where everyone can be their authentic selves, be setup for success and thoroughly enjoy their work environment. We continue to invest in individual development plans and enablement, and are currently rolling out best-in-class leadership coaching for all of our people managers. We offer one of the industry's most aggressive comp plans and a world-class club trip for top performers. We are also increasing our investment in events, now that travel restrictions have opened up, and hope to bring the org and individual teams together on a regular basis to spend quality time with one another.
We recognize that attrition has been challenging given the times we live in as well as having worked through a search for an industry leading CMO and sales leaders for key roles. We are pleased that we found Scott Sanchez as our new CMO from AWS and have recently hired a few exceptional sales leaders from some of the top enterprise SaaS companies (to be announced very soon). We fully anticipate attrition to level off in the coming months. We will continue to listen to all feedback so that we can become an even better company.
