Pros
- Great product; differentiated in the market and impressive to customers - strong founder with proven exit -large addressable market to sell to across all sizes of companies - established large customers and references - High OTE's for sales reps - talented team in most departments
Cons
- Product confusion; continuing to release new products instead of improving existing ones. Sales team is confused on what to sell and if any of the new products actually work - Sales leadership; continued forecast misses, continued confusion on GTM model, continued yelling at the PG scoreboard every week without any solutions; big changes are needed - Extremely high churn in the sales rep and first level leader levels; most don't make it 9 months
