Pros

Good product and vision from ceo. When I first joined it was the best company I’ve ever worked with.

Cons

Bad management, politics within higher management. Chase velocity but sacrifice quality and user experience. Don’t listen to customers needs, product quality is a mess even though idea is good. Bad leaders, will change their mind everyday and tell you that it’s part of the job. Don’t lead by example. Will serve passive threats and use your words against you later on. Lacks compassion even though company talks a lot about company values. Fire people without good reason just to free up budget for someone else’s promotion. Will relocate you and fire you within 5 months

Executive Transparency Fast Pace of Innovation Benefit & Wellness Programs Leadership Space Employee Engagement

Cons

Pace may not be for everyone, there is a lot of work to do. Scaling to become a mature company can be challenging at times.

Pros

It’s a paycheck. Good brand recognition.

Cons

Terrible culture. People fail to plan, then expect everybody else to scramble and spend their nights and weekends reacting to demands within ridiculous timelines. Nothing that you’re doing is so important that it’s worth constantly burning everyone out.
