Pros

- The product has potential, but execution is lacking. - There are still some talented and supportive colleagues.

Cons

- No Work-Life Balance: Employees are expected to be available 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Burnout is the norm, and managers continue working even on vacation or while sick, setting unrealistic expectations. - Toxic Leadership & Nepotism: Management is a close-knit group that only promotes those within their circle. Leadership is completely out of touch, unapproachable, and refuses to listen to employees. - No Career Growth: There are no promotions or real raises unless you’re part of the inner circle. Hard work goes unnoticed, one mistake will drown you and employees are seen as disposable. - Poor Communication & Chaotic Work Environment: Leadership changes priorities constantly, provides no clear direction, and fosters an environment of confusion, inefficiency, and passive-aggressive threats. - Declining Company Culture: What was once a promising workplace has completely deteriorated. Perks are gone, morale is low, and collaboration is nonexistent. Employees feel isolated rather than supported.

Pros

It’s a paycheck. Good brand recognition.

Cons

Terrible culture. People fail to plan, then expect everybody else to scramble and spend their nights and weekends reacting to demands within ridiculous timelines. Nothing that you’re doing is so important that it’s worth constantly burning everyone out.
