      Pros

      Decent commission structure if you can actually close deals and meet the quota.

      Cons

      This place is a dumpster fire. I joined Harness thinking it’d be a great opportunity but it’s been a nightmare. Management sets impossible quotas, then ghosts you when you ask for support. As a new rep, I felt like an outsider - nobody bothers to include you. Constant pressure to work late, no work-life balance, and I’m watching everyone else here burn out too. Counting the days until I can escape...

      Cons

      Pace may not be for everyone, there is a lot of work to do. Scaling to become a mature company can be challenging at times.

      Pros

      It’s a paycheck. Good brand recognition.

      Cons

      Terrible culture. People fail to plan, then expect everybody else to scramble and spend their nights and weekends reacting to demands within ridiculous timelines. Nothing that you’re doing is so important that it’s worth constantly burning everyone out.
