To handle this important aspect, we’ve established a compensation committee that regularly reviews salary information, while the company remains committed to paying at or above the market, we also consider individual team member experience and tenure. Please share any market data you have that supports your concerns while also considering our total compensation package which includes 16 PTO days for new team members, a 20% 401k match, and other perks.
