1yThank you for submitting a review. It’s good to receive feedback and appreciate it even more when it’s given while a team member is employed or shortly after leaving the company. It’s been over a year since a Parts Coordinator left our Houston location so things may have already changed but we still want to provide feedback.
We’re often complimented on Hartwig’s strong leadership and glad you feel the same as many others. Team members also continue to appreciate the flexible schedule. Inconsistency and double standards is hard to address without knowing more. Regarding pay raises, we know compensation is a big part of an employee’s position and that’s why we continually review this information during our annual increase process. We review market data and make adjustments based on experience, skill set and success in the role.
