The most senior staff all the way up to the CEO are always actively involved in day-to-day tasks, helping to drive focus and provide direction to address company concerns. Equally important, they display this same attention to detail regarding their employees individually. This leadership style resonates through every aspect of the company I have seen thus far and consequently, has created a workspace where employees are vocal about their passion and driven to help one another succeed.
Cons
Due to the "Freshness" of the company, there is an excellent amount of opportunity to grow. However, the flip side of this is that much of your growth plan will be determined by YOU. Management has already proven to help every opportunity they can, but the trajectory you find yourself on will ultimately be determined by you. If you love corporate growth plans and management delegating and assigning only certain job-specific tasks, this may not be for you. Everyone here has their hands in all the cookie jars and if you find that overwhelming it may be good to know that for the most part, we find it exciting.
