Pros
I’ve been working here for a little over a year, these are my thoughts: Quick and simple training and pretty good benefits (insurance, vision, dental, etc) if eligible for them. Pay is very competitive compared to lots of other companies, plus working from home is an option for some positions so there’s no commute needed. Standard 9-5 type hours (but can also be flexible depending on the situation) so it’s a good work-life balance. Awesome supervisors/supervisors. They help us feel appreciated and are always willing to help us out. Team meetings every week to make sure we’re caught up with all new info. Flexible work from home options are available and all necessary equipment is provided. The work itself isn’t too difficult once you get the hang of it. Lots of other benefits like employee discounts through ADP, PTO, $29/month gym membership through the Active & Fit Direct program and more. Lots of different departments to work in depending on what you’d be interested in. Honestly just a great place to work and gain some experience working in a positive environment.
Cons
It can take a little while to get the hang of the job but the supervisors are always willing to help out. Understaffed sometimes but supervisors are good about making sure we don’t feel overworked or overwhelmed.
