Senior leadership has figured out how to navigate in a turbulent environment and create an opportunity for hard-working advisers to make an incredible income. Cons
Requires self-motivation and the ability to work independently and hold yourself accountable to being effective and efficient with the time invested in the business. The business will fly or die based solely on what the agent does or does not do each week. Some people cannot work for themselves and need to work for someone else.
