Cons
The leads suck! This isn't really a Con because if you really understand the industry lead generation results in more non-convertible leads than sales no matter where you work. In my leadership role I work to help Agents understand that a lead is only as good as the Agent working it - and work to provide excellent training and resources to convert a profitable percentage.
