      I have no issues with the company, everyone is alway willing to help. I wish that I would have made the decision to do this a few years earlier in life

      It really is up to the individual agent to choose their path. and sometimes mentor would be great.

      Tons of resources, easily available feedback from superiors, company offers motivating trips if reach sales goals

      No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
