      - great support from my office manager/support staff - 5% 401k match, vested after 3 years

      Cons

      - does not provide annual raises - has not provided a cost of living adjustment - 10% of salary is withheld and considered a "bonus" if we hit group metrics - Lack of transparency with compensation structure
