Pros
-Great place to start off if you want to call yourself a manager -Good advancement opportunities if you are willing to relocate to desolate areas -You get to learn customer service here like no where else, because you always have to find a way to keep your clients happy when upper management is gouging supplies. -Some great guys along the way that you bond with, like Marines during boot camp - Everyone above you has done your job
Cons
- Incredibly long working hours - Reasons are seen as excuses - Some upper management are heartless, yet they are golfing - Very resistant to change - Bottom line driven to the nth degree - Asked to lie or deceive your clients on a daily basis
