Pros
The people you clean up for are great. You make friends very quickly with all of the staff involved withing a building.
Cons
As an Account Manager you must take on more than a few different hats. You are expected to do physical work, as well as paperwork. Each one of these are a full day for themselves, yet you are expected to do them both. More staff needs to be hired in order for the Account Manager to effectively produce results for the company. Easy to take time off, but you will suffer when you get back, thats guaranteed. Good starting pay, but not enough for the role you have as an Account Manager. Real buddy buddy as far as upper management goes, its the only way you will advance. They will sit around at the bars with you and make fun of other account managers at will.
