Pros
Work schedule is very good; meeting the residents and providing them a service that makes their life better. I worked with a very knowledgeable staff.
Cons
Very low pay however the work is a no brainer and not very challenging. Almost no communication from district manager. Unreasonable request to go long distants during the holidays with no communication about travel and no mileage paid when you do travel. The company request a college degree, but it doesn't take a drgee to mop and buff floors. The company needs district managers that can communicate well and have answers other than "that's what we expect".
