Pros
Henderson Engineers is a great place to work. There is a lot of career advancement opportunities in part due to the rate at which the company is growing. Company culture (from my observation) is very positive, which is a great testament to the leadership's attempt at fostering an environment where people can reach their full potential. I have yet to meet someone in leadership that isn't approachable, even the executive officer group.
The culture places a big emphasis on quality, something which helps take some of the stress off the designers/engineers as every project that gets sent out has a second pair of (friendly) eyes on it. Finger pointing is discouraged, solution finding is encouraged.
If you are looking for a company where you can grow, learn, and become a better professional (or person), I can't think of many (if any) firms better than Henderson Engineers.
Pay is very competitive with other firms.
Cons
The healthcare benefits are good, but could be better, specifically for family coverage (Healthcare benefits are great for single employees).
